1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 1/2 cup spinach
4-5 pieces almonds
2-3 pieces cashewnuts
1-2 no. walnuts
1 cup milk
3 cups water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
a pinch of salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 cube grated cheese
Method
1. Boil together chopped spinach, dry fruits, and 3/4 cup of mushrooms and onions together till transparent.
2. Saute 1/4 cup mushrooms and onions together till transparent.
3. Cool the boiled spinach ,dry fruit & mushrooms and grind together in a mixer.
1 cup water
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp ajinomoto
pepper & salt (to taste)
3 tbsp chopped cabbage
1 small carrot (finely sliced)
1 tsp capsicum (finely sliced)
2-3 baby corn (finely sliced)
1/2 onion (finely sliced)
8-10 french beans (small pieces)
Method
1. Brinjg the water to boil.
2. Make a paste with corn flour in water.
3. Add this paste in boiling water.
4. Add soya sauce, vinegar and ajinomoto.
5. Mix pepper & salt.
6. Add chopped vegetable & keep it on gas for 1 boil.
